Same issue over in the UK with the new proposed "knife laws".
Every single thing is already illegal, but now they are layering more laws over existing laws, when there are already laws covering it.
If you dig deeper the real issue is this …. they want to give the police powers to confiscate and destroy property without a warrant or a judge being involved.
Its really about the removal of due process.
The government wants to be able to quickly and effectively move people into boxcars, just like they did in Germany. Canadians, get off your collective knees, already.
