  1. This places all of what is regarded as being Canadian ?? in jeopardy. There are NO natives and certainly NO aboriginals in Canada, everyone migrated to north America from elsewhere. These are proven facts! Furthermore: GOD is not going to apologize to anyone for sending the colonization of Europeans to move his plan of redemption in Jesus Christ forward.

  2. How can you say those lands will have to comply with aboriginal laws when they never had a written record? Any native person would be able to make up a ridiculous law and say it was a traditional law.

  3. We need direct democracy in Canada and the Provinces so the peopel can regain some control over the elected politicians if they go of the deep end just like in Swisserland ther has to be some control for the peopel and not just every four years!

  4. This is meant to divide we can negotiate this later, people deserve to vote and the united nations absolutely does not have Canadians best interest in their mind. I am cool with giving land back etc, but this is just a distraction, we need to vote, and vote the UN out of Canada

  5. there can not be a " distinct" society. One would think that Canada would have learnt that with Quebec, and the mess that Canada ended up with because the government gave them that distinction..

  6. John Rustad, the BC CON leader, speaks out of both sides of his mouth.
He says the Indians should be given land title, but then complains how property rights are affected. Looks like the BC CON party has been coopted.

  7. All countries have indigenous people, that were conquered by people from other lands since time began. If there was no big ocean the Americas would have been overrun by many people, maybe even Genghis Khan or the Romans. They would have had buildings, roads, hospitals, schools, hygiene, sanitation, water supply, magnificent art, before the Europeans arrived by boat.

  8. More bullshit. First there has not been indians on the Queen Charlottes for 20 000 years! More political garbage. Aboriginal political welfare, those who call themselves Haida's should be ashamed along with the worthless NDP!
This coming from a Canadian with 1/4 Plains Cree indian!

  9. Marxists promote communal Indigenous land claims. Crown land surrendered to Indigenous activists. Indigenous activists & Marxist government control land….private property rights disappear.

  10. Sad. Do i understand that no highways or waterways or ? will be accessible to first nations outside of their boundaries unless they have a passport to cross into land held by non natives including East Indians, Whites, Chinese, etc?

  11. I think the Indians should have to pay reconciliation to the people they took the land from whoever that is. Also I'm an indigenous person of BC and Canada being born here of European decent.

  12. This sets the stage for "giving back" British Columbia to First Nations. Children in schools, government employees, industry people before every single meeting, are all being psychologically primed to accept it every time they give a "land acknowledgement" that they're unwanted colonials living on unceded land.

  13. Aboriginals were not even the first people… they immigrated here and were here when the hard-working settlers came. … they don't own the land. typical greedy narrative for $$$$ and power by the "woke" … their greed never ends
