The public inquiry into foreign interference released its first report on Friday, more than a year after the first call went out to hold an inquiry into foreign interference attempts in Canada’s elections. As David Akin reports, the inquiry’s commissioner said foreign interference did not change the outcomes of the 2019 and 2021 elections, but called it a “stain” on the country’s electoral process.

Meanwhile, the encampment at McGill University has spread to a seventh day as demonstrators vow to remain until their demands are met. Neetu Garcha reports.

  6. If theses students around several universities in Canada and USA are in pro to certain countries… why theses students dont go to Palestine n Iran to protest?… it woub be more effective call.

  7. shame on canadian media !!! what are you guys smoking ? you still have not a single shred of evidence but copying trudeau's imaginary allegation to make him happy – this is hilarious !!! why don't you guys investigate the drug gangs and their wars that trudeau has imported from india – in the name of vote bank politics !!!

  8. The issue here is : Did PM Modi's Goverment send Indian Agents into Canada to murder a Canadian citizen on Canadian Soil?
The ongoing Khalistan dispute started before the Vietnam war, and has claimed , by some estimates; 50,000 lives so far. That conflict is now spilling over into Canada due to immigrantion.

  9. Look at how much drama the Canadian government has made about the killing of Nijjar and compare what they did to find the killers of Flight 182. It becomes obvious who supports terrorism

  10. I wish some of the protesters just could read the room, this is not part of our culture and we have are own issues, I feel bad for them and we should offer them free flights to the area so they can help on the ground in the middle east, they need lots of volunteers.

  11. Istead of blaming India and its current leader ,they should be blaming other countries goverments in their own neighbourhood ,who have been doing worse kind of atrocities not on one individual but entire countries including assassination in foreighn lands even if there are glaring evidences .No hullabaloo there ! Hypocracy can be learned only from these champions .
