Aside from the heightened risk of wildfires, historically dry conditions are dramatically altering sources of water throughout the territory.
Emptied lakes and rivers are becoming worryingly common sights. And as Heather Yourex-West explains, that’s bringing more challenges and more uncertainty to the remote communities that rely on that water.
