Bradley Richards, who was on board the Singapore Airlines flight that experienced severe turbulence, spoke to CBC’s Heather Hiscox from an intensive care unit at a hospital in Bangkok about going into ‘panic mode’ after seeing so much blood, and the scene on the plane as the pilot made an emergency landing.
