The deplaning emergency system worked fantastic ?
Welcome to the age of mediocrity everyone.
Never fly in 2024
guess it's safer to drive these days?
better than waiting for folks in front of you slowly rummage around in the overhead compartments
OMG get the animals out of cargo?
Glad everyone grabbed their overhead luggage before they deplaned!!!
Looks like a lithium battery fire.
It seems to be an airbus 319-321 series. Based on what I can see, the fire started where ground power cable connects to aircraft and im willing to bet, the issue was with the cable itself and not the aircraft. I also hope the ground personnel had the wherewithall to shut down the power going to the cable.
This would never happen if Boeing had manufactured that aircraft. ?
The imbeciles are carry ther carry on luggage. Idiotically putting all the passengers at risk. They deserve to be fined.
It was lithium battery
For all those saying it was a lithium battery no it wasn’t. This was a fault with either the plug from ground power/ power cart or the socket on the plane that the cable plugs into.
Not even worth commenting about in this day and age it shouldn’t happen even once it’s called on boarding I think seems similar ?????
Where are the fire extinguishers at the front of the plane? Nobody is putting the fire out. They are all standing around watching!
Looks like an electrical fire from a high voltage short circuit. Plane isn't going anywhere, but it wasn't likely to threaten the passengers.
Where is fire brigade
Hope the passengers are okay though??Stay safe everyone
This is an Airbus problem
Of course, the headline didn’t say “Delta Airbus plane,” did it?
So what's the protocol on fires? They just let it burn? They don't out them?
Its funny how all the workers just kept walking around, clueless, and no one thought to go find a fire extinguisher…..
This is the same electricity that Boeing uses.
Let that sink in.
Lithium battery?……
