  1. WTH???? Ok that is just stupid. A huge overreach. Seems more like a fishing expedition. I would bet any money there will be a huge increase in unnecessary stops just to justify doing the breathalyser near bars, during certain hours etc. Find any excuse just to pull someone over. This makes zero sense. What a stupid idea

  2. Studies have proven OPP and other LEO's after being on the job over 20 years that about 50% of them turn to alcohol and or drugs. When will on duty LEO's be tested with no warning, Mr. Doug Ford?

  3. Ppl that haven't drank should deny the breathalyzer everytime and take em to court after but unfortunately that's not how the world works ….all that would do is cause you more trouble …i don't know how this got passed…..they are slowly asserting more and more control and seeing how much they can get away with doing at this point they might as well put breathalyzer in ever car right from the manufacturer … we're not far from it at this point.

  4. using covid data when no one was driving as comparing? this is gas lighting, cops shouldn’t have more power under no grounds they should do what they have the legal right to do not make own laws based on gas lighting
