A Victoria, B.C. woman who was shoved to the ground by a man who stole her car and then crashed it says she’s still reeling from the encounter.
“The whole time I keep thinking I can’t believe this is happening in Victoria,” Asha Mackwana told Global News.
The man is now facing a slew of charges after the alleged carjacking that ended with the Tesla smashed up and the suspect in custody.
As Kylie Stanton reports, it was the suspect’s second offence in as many days.
