  1. Same thing in bc. Government gave funds to telecommunication companies for FN and the lines were only point of access. It would cost the FN communities another two million for internet infrastructure on their reserve lands… of which there was 0 funding availability.

  2. Bell and Rogers need to be broken up into dozens of companies or moved to the public domain. If utilities are private they must be accessible, competitive and affordable, given that they are a requirement for every single citizen but the current structure doesn't support this need.
