A heart-wrenching discovery in Aldergrove, B.C., over the weekend may be part of a bigger problem.
Luna, a two-year-old mixed-breed dog, was found abandoned and tethered to the gates of an animal shelter early on Saturday morning.

Certainly not human . No excuse to abandon vulnerable animal's.
I notice the most that its harder finding housing that accepts pets in the lower mainland when renting, and those that do can be very picky about what pets you can have. Lower income owners sometimes have to give up their animal to a shelter just to have a roof over both their heads. I personally have a snake, So I never say I have a pet since its easy to hide but any other nimal I would have issues for sure.
