Two Quebec Realtors who were suspended after being accused of submitting bogus offers have both been found guilty I don’t feel like that is any kind of behavior that that anybody could trust um going forward how could you trust a real estate broker who who not you know even did it once but multiple

Times the two agents were found guilty of creating fake offers to drive up the competition the organization that governs Quebec real estate revok their licenses and have fined them

Two Quebec real estate agents have both been found guilty and fined after they were accused of submitting fake offers to raise sale prices.

  1. Oh please , Realtors are overpaid scoundrels.
    Fees are outrageous for the service provided .
    Imagine making 30 grand for a few hours work .
    Deplorable.
    Gov should cap their fees , even a $10,000 reduction in Real estate fees may enable some to meet the criteria and actually purchase a home .
    They're all scoundrels.
    Way overpaid for the service they provide.
