In the Middle East, tensions are escalating beyond the crisis in Gaza, after a series of joint British-American strikes on Houthi rebels late Thursday — retaliation to the Iran-backed group’s attacks on ships travelling in the Red Sea since November.
According to U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, missiles and aircraft struck 60 targets in 16 locations: a combination of Houthi air defence systems, logistical hubs, and facilities storing drones and weapons.

Seems like there is no shortage of events that could turn the world into a big meat grinder once again. This one has it written in big letters…western nations do seem to be bleeding out financhally, not a lot of love towards governing bodies with the high cost of living, low morale…etc.
Heard there was a recruiting problem as well for the armed forces amidst other issues. Thinking those whom are enemies of the west have ears and eyes on matters abroad akin to the vietnam era..probably figure now is good a time as any to turn up the heat so to speak. However, seems certian powers have common interests like north korea, russia, china, iran.. etc..
A conflict in this region would certianly aid in their efforts no doubt…and put a shunt into an already difficult situation for many out here.
