So let me get this straight: this supposedly happened between 1992 and 2012. So only the period between May 2008 and 2012 would be the period of intercourse between 14 year olds and Mr. Miller, assuming there was any, be illegal due to the age of consent being raised in May 2008 by Stephen Harper. Then one of these girls is coerced into believing that her mental issues years down the line are because of a consensual sexual act from years prior that she somehow forgot. Seems dubious to me, though I'll let the courts decide. I prefer to follow the innocent until proven guilty rule.
